How and when to used our Facial oil:

For optimal application of facial moisturizers, it’s best to apply them on freshly cleaned, warm, and slightly damp (not wet) skin. Combining creams and oils with a bit of water moisture enhances their effectiveness. Applying facial oils that are more pliable on the skin after a warm wash ensures better moisture retention. The damp skin facilitates even spreading and efficient absorption of the oils, contributing to a well-nourished complexion. It’s important to note that the skin should be slightly moist, not wet, to ensure proper absorption, as excessively wet skin may struggle to hold the oil.

Application Techniques:

Fingertip Method:
Place drops in one hand and use fingertips to apply to the neck, décolleté, forehead, cheeks, and neck.
Massage upward, outward circular strokes gently until most of the oil is absorbed.

Palm Method:
Warm drops in one palm, rub palms together and press gently onto the face, neck, and décolleté.
Please make sure to apply and massage until absorbed.

When To Use:
Facial oil is recommended in the morning, possibly replacing moisturizer.
For extra hydration, apply face oil, wait a few minutes for absorption, then use a natural cream moisturizer.

Important Note:
If moisturizing day and night, a light facial oil may be preferable over a heavy cream.
Allow your skin time to breathe, as excessive thick creams may signal sebaceous glands to reduce natural moisture production, leading to chronic dry skin.

Despite not having the most appealing scents, Sea Buckthorn Oil and Tamanu Oil boast incredible skin benefits. Sea Buckthorn Oil, unrefined with a fruity, musky scent, and Tamanu Oil, rich, deep aroma and bold dark color, work wonders. Remember that these oils may separate or solidify in cold temperatures; a simple fix is placing the bottle in warm water. Also, be cautious of the deep orange color of sea buckthorn oil, which can stain skin, clothing, and surfaces. While skin staining is easily removable, stains on clothes and linens may be permanent.
